All financial transactions on nba odds are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the platform at the time of your transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, and local bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change. Funds deposited into your account are held for the purpose of placing bets and playing casino-style games on the platform and may not be transferred to other users.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current withdrawal schedule and are subject to identity verification. nba odds reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or where verification requirements have not been met. Return-to-player percentages and game mechanics are determined by the game providers and are disclosed within the relevant game information panels.

Members must not use the nba odds platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other members' use of it. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform; colluding with other members to manipulate bet outcomes; exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities for financial gain; using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime; and providing false or misleading information during registration or verification. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds associated with prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.
nba odds employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to restrict account functionality, delay withdrawals, and request additional verification without prior notice. Members who believe their account has been restricted in error should contact [email protected] immediately. Decisions regarding account restrictions made on the basis of fraud detection findings are subject to the complaints process described in Section 6.
nba odds provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. nba odds will not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or other damages arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to live betting markets caused by data feed failures or third-party service disruptions. Members are advised to ensure they have a stable internet connection before placing bets, particularly in live in-play markets where odds change rapidly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nba odds's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
